Specializes in Asian brush painting and watercolors. Currently experimenting with monoprints, woodblock prints, poured ink, and resists. Has exhibited in more than thirty shows in the past fifteen years. Has presented numerous workshops and lectures on Oriental brush painting. Has engaged in more than fifteen years of personal, intensive study of Oriental brush painting through travel to Japan and China, and apprenticeship with international masters in the U.S.
Accomplishments:
Exhibited in many solo, juried, invitational, and group shows in Maine, Vermont, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Colorado, and Wisconsin in the past fifteen years.
Curated and administered multiple Maine exhibitions
Coordinated several solo shows with poetry reading, calligraphy, and Asian music.

Led workshops at the Maine College of Arts, Portland; University of Southern Maine, Portland, Farnsworth Art Museum, Rockland; and the Round Top Center for the Arts, Damariscotta
Lectured on Asian brushwork at numerous art societies and communit organizations
